CNR - ISAFOM CNR webmail
Access to CNR e-mail: https://outlook.office.com/
CNR e-mail is managed via a platform Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365.
Staff are invited to preferably use the Outlook webmail, which can be accessed from the link above, as the main way of consulting the mailbox.
Alternatively, the account can be set up on Microsoft Outlook for PC or Mac, using the Microsoft 365 / Exchange, which guarantees the best compatibility with the new cloud environment.

Configuration of the account in Microsoft 365 / Exchange, by entering your full CNR email address.
Using Thunderbird
The use of Thunderbird is to be considered an alternative and residual solution to Outlook webmail and the
Microsoft Outlook client.
Some features of the Microsoft 365 environment, such as integration with shared mailboxes or sending as another user/institutional mailbox,
may not be fully supported by third-party clients.

User name: use the full CNR email address,
for example nome.cognome@cnr.it.

Change or modify password
Changing or modifying the password must be done via
SIPER: https://utenti.cnr.it/utenti/app/page/profilo/password
It is recommended, where possible, to use the Outlook webmail or of Microsoft Outlook in Exchange/Microsoft 365 mode.
