Civic access

The CNR regulates the exercise of the right of public access in accordance with Articles 5 and 5-bis of Legislative Decree 33/2013.

The legislation distinguishes between:

Simple civic access
Right to request documents, information or data subject to mandatory publication if publication is omitted.

Generalised civic access
Right to request documents or data in addition to those subject to mandatory publication, subject to the limits provided for by the legislation in force to protect public and private interests.
