Technical Office
- It acts, where necessary, in cooperation with other institutions in the same building.

Institute vehicle management service
- It manages the Institute's vehicle fleet;
- takes care of the technical management of the fleet of drones and other aircraft owned by the Institute: pilot training, maintenance, insurance and registration of the aircraft on national registers.

Services and utilities management service
- It coordinates and manages the personnel of external contractors in consultation with the RSPP;
- takes care of the routine and extraordinary maintenance of the general office technology systems, including the adjoining experimental fields and the in vivo and ex situ plant collections;
- takes care of the aspects concerning the management/optimisation of energy resources and the census of the institute's energy consumption for the annual report, compulsory by law, to be delivered upon request to the relevant CNR office;
- defines and takes care of procedures for waste disposal, including special waste;
- supports laboratory managers in the procurement, storage and distribution of chemicals, compressed gases, consumables, plant components, equipment and stationery;
- supports the dispatch and receipt of goods and equipment.

Space management service assigned to the Institute's premises and shared with other Institutes
- It provides for the operation and maintenance of the conference halls/rooms and related audio/video services;
- supervises the management of offices, laboratories and/or vacant or disused spaces and parking areas
