Degree in Agricultural Science and Technology (LM-69) at the University of Naples “Federico II”, obtained in 2023 the PhD in “Food Science” (XXXV cycle) at the same university. His research activity is focused on the qualitative and nutraceutical characterisation of plant matrices and the study of physiological and molecular mechanisms involved in the response to environmental stresses by means of advanced breeding approaches, molecular biology and chemical-physical analyses.

Currently holds a research grant at CNR - ISAFoM in Portici (NA), as part of the project TeleNitro aimed at development of new low-cost strategies for reducing the use of nitrogenous fertilisers in agriculture, particularly in the Mediterranean area, through the use of biological nitrification inhibitors in combination with crops of agricultural interest.
