Information Systems Office - takes care of the design, implementation, and management of the infrastructural and application components of the Network infrastructure and the related infrastructural services (mail, dns, ldap, aliases, distribution lists) in collaboration with the territorial contact persons- takes care of the selection, monitoring and control of the software and hardware platforms by assessing and planning the activities required for their updating/evolution; - provides support for the definition of the technologies and acquisition of the software and hardware platforms for the Institute services, ensuring the distribution, installation, configuration, assistance and system support- takes care of the analysis, design and development of software procedures for the resolution of Institute-specific problems;- manages the Institute's servers and takes care of their storage, preservation and safeguarding of data;- manages the Cloud services and supports the management in the configuration of IT applications and the management of user privileges;- takes care of the maintenance and networking of the Institute's printers;- takes care of the implementation and maintenance of the Institute's website and social channels;- supports staff in the input of work on the platform identified by the Institute.

Occupational Health and Safety Office Works in cooperation with the RSPPs of each location: - takes care of and provides support for the assessment of occupational risks, the identification of preventive and protective measures, the development of safety procedures and proposes information and training programmes for workers.

Human Resources Office

Human Resources DepartmentIt is organised into the following services: Personnel Management Service- Manages the Epas application for staff attendance, takes care of information and provides support to staff with regard to procedures concerning personnel and work performance management (mobility to and from the CNR, readmissions to service, out-of-role placements, parental leave, secondments/recommendations, expectations) - handles compulsory communications through dedicated portals (INPS, INAIL, UNILAV) within the scope of its competence;- manages the accounting and disbursement of meal vouchers;- manages staff missions;- manages GEDAP and GEPAS platforms for trade union activities and strikes.

Management Secretariat

Management Secretariat - Carries out the general activities of the organisational secretariat;- handles relations with the University, local and regional institutions, with the Department of affiliation and the Central Administration of the CNR;- handles document management drafting measures, assignments, service orders, certificates;- manages the protocol service organised in shifts to ensure continuity in the activities;- collaborates in the organisation of conferences, seminars, national and international both in the preliminary phase and during the individual events;- updates the Institute data in the CNR INTRANET platform;- carries out activities of promotion, dissemination, coordination, graphic publishing, design and creation of multimedia and Web communication formats and products for the dissemination and enhancement of the research carried out by the Institute.
