Human Resources Office
It is organised in the following services:

Personnel Management Service
- It manages the Epas application for staff attendance, takes care of information and provides support to staff with regard to procedures concerning personnel and work performance management (mobility to and from the CNR, readmissions to service, outplacements, parental leave, secondments/recommendations, expectations);

- provides compulsory communications via the dedicated portals (INPS, INAIL, UNILAV) within the scope of its competence;
- manages the accounting and disbursement of meal vouchers;
- manages staff missions;
- manages the GEDAP and GEPAS platforms for trade union activities and strikes.

Personnel Recruitment Service
- It takes care of the preparation of calls for tenders and fulfilment of recruitment of temporary and trainee staff;
- manages the procedures for the award of research collaboration or consultancy contracts;
- handles relations with universities for the preparation of doctoral and internship agreements;
- Provides for the fulfilment of the obligations concerning the management of the collaboration relationship and the monthly payment of remuneration to non-structured staff.

Staff training service
- It promotes and encourages the education, professional updating and training of the staff in service, taking care of the preliminary investigation of the relevant acts, annually providing the proposal of the training plan, taking care of the relations with the Central Administration Offices for the reporting of the activities.
