Technical and Maintenance Service
The tasks of the Technical and Maintenance Service of the Portici office are:
- - He coordinates the CNR staff assigned to the service.
- - It ensures the safeguarding of technological installations, equipment and material of a scientific nature intended for experimentation in cooperation with the assigned personnel and the Head of the Technical Maintenance Unit.
- - It supervises the control of the state of the structure and the management of the technical installations, reporting to the Management and the RSPP on any ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance work, in cooperation with the Head of the Technical Maintenance Unit. It interfaces with the relevant CNR offices for any authorisations.
- - It follows the procedures for the awarding, preparation and management of building and plant maintenance contracts (analytical development of metric calculations, invitations to firms, information on inspections, control and verification of contracted works), in agreement with the RSPP and the Head of the Administrative Secretariat.
- - It coordinates and manages the personnel of external contractors in cooperation with the Head of the Technical Maintenance Unit and in consultation with the RSPP.
- - It interfaces with the Head of the Technical/Operational Maintenance Unit and the RSPP for the proper management of maintenance work, possibly also provided by personnel from external companies.
- - It oversees the management of offices, laboratories and/or vacant or disused spaces and parking spaces on the premises.
- - He/she is in charge, as Single Project Manager on the portalwww.aquistinretepa.it, of procedures for the awarding, preparation and management of contracts for the supply of goods and services for the Technical Service.
- - It provides, in cooperation with the staff of the Networks and Information Systems Service, for the management and maintenance of the conference rooms/rooms and the related audio/video services, interfacing, if necessary, with the possible assignees of the audio/video equipment.
- - Takes care of aspects concerning the institute's energy consumption census for the annual report, compulsory by law, to be delivered on request to the relevant CNR office
The tasks of the Head of the On-Call Service are:
- - Coordinate the staff assigned to the service as per circular 40/92 of 10 October 1992.
- - Draw up the service regulations and manual, to be given to each on-call person, with indications of the procedures to be adopted for good practice in the event of an intervention, in consultation with the management and the RSPP.
- - Creating the shift calendar, authorising any requested shift changes and communicating the all to the Personnel Service for management in the EPAS platform.
