Laboratory activities:

  • Determination of soil retention and hydraulic conductivity curves using the suction tank method and Wind evaporation method
  • Determination of retention points at high pressures by the pressure plate method and at low potential values (<-10 bar) by the vapor pressure method based on dew point. Instrument used: WP4-T, Decagon
  • Determination of hydraulic conductivity at saturation on undisturbed soil with constant and variable load permeameters
  • Particle size analysis with MASTERSIZER 2000 laser granulometer, Malvern Instruments
  • Automated sedimentation particle size analysis with PARIO METER GROUP
  • Laboratory tension infiltrometry on undisturbed soil samples
  • Calibration of TDR probes and pressure transducers
  • Solute flow, inflow outflow
  • Assistance and production of technical reports
  • Requests for orders outside Mepa (RUP support)
  • Mepa and Rdo direct order requests (RUP support)
  • Contacts with suppliers
  • Data storage
