Transparent administration<\/h1>\n

This page serves as a local information hub for the Institute for Mediterranean Agricultural and Forestry Systems \u2013 CNR ISAFOM.<\/p>\n

Administrative transparency publication obligations relating to the National Research Council are fulfilled through the central section \u201cTransparent administration\u201d<\/strong> of the CNR institutional portal, organised according to the legislative decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013<\/strong>, as amended by legislative decree no. 97 of 25 May 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The CNR regulates the exercise of the right of public access in accordance with Articles 5 and 5-bis of Legislative Decree 33\/2013.<\/p>\n

The legislation distinguishes between:<\/p>\n

Simple civic access<\/strong>
Right to request documents, information or data subject to mandatory publication if publication is omitted.<\/p>\n

Generalised civic access<\/strong>
Right to request documents or data in addition to those subject to mandatory publication, subject to the limits provided for by the legislation in force to protect public and private interests.<\/p>\n
