{"id":2809,"date":"2026-04-08T14:41:56","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T12:41:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/?page_id=2809"},"modified":"2026-05-07T12:08:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T10:08:41","slug":"carelli-martina","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/en\/carelli-martina\/","title":{"rendered":"Carelli Martina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Martina Carelli- <em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Portici office scholarship holder<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Scholar <\/strong>within the <strong>Project \u201cMA-SUD: Agro-environmental Modelling for Decision Support\u201d; <\/strong>under the scientific direction of Dr. <strong>Piero Manna<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The research grant\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>has the <strong>duration\u00a0<\/strong> <strong>d<\/strong><strong>the 6 months<\/strong> as of <strong>from 01\/04\/2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Qualification:<\/strong> Master's Degree LM-75 in Science and Technology for the Environment and the TerritoryGraduation date: 28\/07\/2022<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Description Specialisation:<\/strong> DEGREE IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Disciplinary area:<\/strong> Environmental sciences<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Description of activity:<\/strong> Analysis, validation and integration of soil and hydrological information into the ISAFOM soil database to support soil process modelling<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">water and the valuation of ecosystem services. The main objective will be to operationalise the database to provide input data for modelling soil-water system processes oriented towards the assessment and quantification of ecosystem services. Screening activities of all soil and hydrological data currently available to ISAFOM and making <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">development of a relational geo-database capable of providing geo-localised data on the environmental characteristics and chemical, physical and hydrological properties of soil profiles in <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">specific spatial contexts. Multivariate statistical analyses of data whose aim will be to identify significant relationships between soil and hydrological variables, identify patterns <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">space and support the parameterisation and validation of soil-water system models.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Skills in analytical and environmental chemistry, laboratory techniques and data processing. Skills in the use of major computer tools and knowledge of <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">laboratory quality control methodologies. Ability to critically analyse results, problem solving and teamwork. Good work organisation and autonomy in carrying out <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">assigned activities. Use of software associated with mass spectrometers.
