{"id":1402,"date":"2024-02-08T16:00:26","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T15:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/ufficio-risorse-umane\/"},"modified":"2025-03-28T12:33:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T11:33:07","slug":"ufficio-risorse-umane","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/en\/ufficio-risorse-umane\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Human Resources Office<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">It is organised in the following services:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>Personnel Management Service<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- It manages the Epas application for staff attendance, takes care of information and provides support to staff with regard to procedures concerning personnel and work performance management (mobility to and from the CNR, readmissions to service, outplacements, parental leave, secondments\/recommendations, expectations);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- provides compulsory communications via the dedicated portals (INPS, INAIL, UNILAV) within the scope of its competence;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- manages the accounting and disbursement of meal vouchers;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- manages staff missions;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- manages the GEDAP and GEPAS platforms for trade union activities and strikes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>Personnel Recruitment Service<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- It takes care of the preparation of calls for tenders and fulfilment of recruitment of temporary and trainee staff;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- manages the procedures for the award of research collaboration or consultancy contracts;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- handles relations with universities for the preparation of doctoral and internship agreements;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- Provides for the fulfilment of the obligations concerning the management of the collaboration relationship and the monthly payment of remuneration to non-structured staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>Staff training service<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">- It promotes and encourages the education, professional updating and training of the staff in service, taking care of the preliminary investigation of the relevant acts, annually providing the proposal of the training plan, taking care of the relations with the Central Administration Offices for the reporting of the activities.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human Resources DepartmentIt is organised into the following services: Personnel Management Service- Manages the Epas application for staff attendance, takes care of information and provides support to staff with regard to procedures concerning personnel and work performance management (mobility to and from the CNR, readmissions to service, out-of-role placements, parental leave, secondments\/recommendations, expectations) -
