{"id":1379,"date":"2024-02-05T09:09:13","date_gmt":"2024-02-05T08:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/ecofisiologia\/"},"modified":"2025-11-27T14:18:29","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T13:18:29","slug":"ecofisiologia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/isafom.cnr.it\/en\/ecofisiologia\/","title":{"rendered":"Plant ecophysiology laboratory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Plant ecophysiology laboratory <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(L3.03)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsible and Responsible: <strong>Pasquale Giorio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>The Plant Eco-Physiology Laboratory is dedicated to advancing the understanding of physiological and biochemical processes underlying plant responses to abiotic stress.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Its mission is to optimise the use of instrumentation and methodological approaches employed in experimental trials conducted in controlled environments\u2014such as growth chambers and greenhouses\u2014as well as in open-field conditions, while also enabling the execution of targeted in situ measurements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The laboratory houses a broad range of scientific instruments and provides technical support for their use and calibration, both for its own equipment and for that of other research units. It also offers training opportunities for students and interns.
