Daniela Dalmonech has a Master in environmental engineering from the University of Trento with focus on numerical modeling applied to the environment and holds a PhD in Forest Ecology attained at the Tuscia University. She is interested in the dynamics of carbon and nitrogen cycle at different spatial scales and under anthropogenic and natural stress, by means of numerical modeling and statistical analyses.  In 2019 she started collaborating with the Forest modeling Laboratory, where she contributes to the 3D-CMCC-FEM (Three Dimensional-Coupled Model Carbon Cycle - Forest Ecosystem Model) code development and output data analyses. She collaborated with the University of Basilicata within the project OT4CLIMA (Task GPP modelling). She currently has a Research Fellow at the Institute for Agricultural and Forestry Systems in the Mediterranean (ISAFOM-CNR), Perugia.
